About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Engagement Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading acquisition and retention-focused marketing programs.
You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of our distinct customer segments and developing targeted marketing campaigns to match our products or services to their requirements.
Your primary objective will be to increase customer loyalty and attract new business, working closely with our business intelligence team to leverage data analytics and insights.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Intermediary Distribution team, showcasing our top-tier servicing capabilities and innovative products to third-party adviser groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Assist the Senior Manager, Member & Client Services with strategic marketing support for key projects and business unit initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights, identify communication improvements, and implement solutions.
Campaign Planning: Develop and manage marketing briefs, project plans, and calendars of activity, ensuring alignment with budget allocations and channel plans.
Creative Development: Brief internal and external creative teams, assess concepts, and ensure all marketing collateral aligns with Hostplus brand strategy.
Campaign Analysis: Evaluate campaign outcomes, measure success against objectives, and recommend refinements for future strategies.
Team Development: Mentor junior team members, contribute to content creation, and ensure consistency in quality deliverables.
Annual Planning: Contribute to the creation of an annual marketing plan in line with the Marketing Team Business Plan and Fund strategy.
Campaign Management: Maintain accurate marketing program management, ensuring all work is documented and factored into budgets and business plans.
