Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and drive growth in the domestic energy efficiency market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
· Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, including website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
· Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience needs.
· Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement.
· Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
· Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI on marketing spend.
· Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and project management teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a marketing and communications role, preferably within the energy efficiency, renewable energy, or construction sectors.
· Strong understanding of the domestic energy efficiency market, including key technologies and regulatory frameworks.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling content.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Demonstrated experience in brand management and public relations.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing automation tools.
Desirable:
· Professional certification in marketing or communications (e.g., CIM, AMA).
· Experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
· Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency measures.
