We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will be key in supporting the development, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on events in New Zealand and Australia. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team for social media design and content material, ensuring the availability of marketing materials to support future promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, print, etc.), ensuring timely execution and consistent messaging, particularly for offline events in New Zealand and Australia.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with the Marketing Team when needed for social media design or content materials, ensuring a cohesive approach for global marketing initiatives.
Event Planning: Lead the planning, organization, and implementation of marketing materials for offline events in New Zealand and Australia, ensuring strong brand presence and support for local promotions.
Content & Design Support: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality marketing materials that support ongoing and future campaigns. Coordinate with Cyprus-based teams to leverage design resources as needed.
Market Activity Planning: Assist in planning and implementing market activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement across different regions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with experience in both digital marketing and event coordination.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when coordinating with international teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics) will be a plus.
Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
