Marketing Coordinator (Cold Calling & Field Outreach)

Location: Mississauga – Dixie Rd & Dundas StJob Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Monday to Friday, No Weekends)

About the Role:This is an in-person, high-energy marketing role focused on cold calling, field outreach, and relationship-building—this is not a digital marketing position. You will be the face of our business, engaging directly with local companies to promote our services and drive growth.

Schedule Options:

Part-Time: Monday to Friday, +:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, +:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively cold call businesses to introduce services and generate leads.
Conduct in-person visits to build connections with potential clients.
Represent our brand at local events and kiosks.
Schedule meetings with decision-makers and maintain records of client interactions.
Assist with light administrative tasks and team support.
Meet or exceed monthly outreach and performance targets.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (outbound outreach preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face interactions.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
Knowledge of local business trends is an asset.
