Marketing Manager

Astral Skills Institute of Australia (ASIA) is a rapidly expanding Registered Training Organization (RTO) and CRICOS provider. Currently, it has four campuses around Australia in Parramatta, Burwood, and Kogarah. About the role

The Marketing Manager holds a vital role in the operation of ASIA with comprehensive responsibility for the planning, oversight and development of promotional strategies and tactics to promote it to the wider community. Additionally, developing and maintaining strong partnerships with new and existing clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This position will directly report to the Director of Marketing.

The primary focus of this role is to establish and expand our agency network in the international student market.

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with education agents, partners, and students from diverse backgrounds.
You are results-oriented and capable of effectively managing a marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract international students, both offshore and onshore.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international education agents, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Manage the college's online presence, including the website and social media channels.
Plan and execute recruitment events, webinars, and workshops both locally and internationally.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Screening agent applications, forming agent agreements, arranging their sign-off and monitoring the agent performance periodically.
Ensure compliance with CRICOS regulations and guidelines.
Execute the tasks assigned by the CEO and director(s).
Skills and Experiences:

Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to discuss a long-term partnership and investment.
Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with CRICOS and education industry regulations.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability and willingness to undertake international travel.
In-depth knowledge of CRICOS regulations and compliance.
Salary: A competitive salary package between 70k -100k will be offered based on previous experience including promising career development opportunities and a friendly working environment.
