Sales Manager – Club & Event Services (Fitness Chain)
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years in sales, corporate tie-ups, and event management ۜ۞۟
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive corporate tie-ups, club memberships, and promotional events for our fitness chain in Vashi. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to execute high-impact sales and event strategies.
Key Responsibilities: ᤰᤱ
Corporate Tie-Ups: Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients for fitness memberships, wellness programs, and bulk enrollments. ᤰᤱ
Club Membership Sales: Drive membership growth by targeting individuals, corporate employees, and premium clientele.
ᤰᤱ Event Planning & Execution: Organize promotional events, wellness seminars, fitness workshops, and exclusive member engagement activities.
ᤰᤱ Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term members. ᤰᤱ
Brand Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility through local collaborations and community events. ᤰᤱ
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing members, corporate clients, and event partners. ᤰᤱ
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, andreport insights to optimize future strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or event marketing in the fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry
. Strong networking and negotiation skills to build corporate partnerships.
Proven track record in event management and promotional activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor campaign performance across office segment and managing budgets of offline & online.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Content Development and Management
Create compelling marketing content including creatives, OOH, ATL & BTL activities & newsletters.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
Maintain content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
3. Digital Marketing
Monitor digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing.
Develop strategies to increase online visibility and engagement with target audiences.
Monitor digital marketing analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement with competitors study every month.
4. Event Coordination
Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
Measure the success of events through attendee feedback, lead generation, and post-event analysis.
5. Marketing Collateral
Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales sheets.
Ensure all collateral is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Distribute collateral to sales teams and other stakeholders as needed.
6. Market Research and Analysis:10%
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
Analyze competitor activity and market data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic planning efforts.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to stakeholders effectively.
Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed to achieve shared goals.
8. Budget Management
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
Track expenses and report on budget performance regularly.
Identify opportunities to optimize spending and improve cost-efficiency.
9. Reporting and Analysis
Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Present findings and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making.
