Job Description

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

· Seed and built the digital marketing team in the company.

· Coordinate with social media agencies

· Coordinate with Campus ambassador agencies

· Understand the market analysis with the Data and devise a strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers

· Set up systems necessary to manage digital marketing functions at scale

· Lead the execution of paid and organic marketing from start to end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with agencies and partners.

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.

· Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisitions, channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between channels.

· Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.

· Build user journeys and drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.

· Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.

· Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing marketing metrics that correlate to consumer and revenue growth.

· Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning with Google/FB/others as a partner.
