We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Administrative Assistant (2IC) to join our fast-growing telehealth medical ******** clinic. This full-time, work-from-home role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others—especially our veteran community.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting patients and clinicians in a meaningful and rewarding healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient appointments and assist with scheduling
Manage email and phone communication with patients and providers
Process documentation, referrals, and follow-ups with accuracy
Support doctors and nurses with admin tasks related to clinical care
Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain confidential records and data entry to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience with Best Practice and HotDoc (required)
Experience in a medical, allied health, or telehealth admin role (highly regarded)
Experience with or understanding of medical ******** care (highly highly regarded)
Empathetic and professional communicator—both written and verbal
Hardworking, reliable, and proactive with strong organisational skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote team
Flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced start-up environment
Tech-savvy with a reliable work-from-home setup (internet, computer, quiet workspace)
Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate if not already held
