Full job description
Medical Practice Administrator (Full-Time) — Join Our Best-in-Class MSK Team at RebalanceMD Broadway

Location: Vancouver, BC
Compensation: $25.00-$28.00/hr depending on experience (plus full benefits after 3 months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hour shifts (30 min unpaid lunch)
Work Type: In-person

What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a vital role in our clinical operations by helping our team deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing communications
Assisting with test bookings and medical documentation
Supporting billing processes and filing
Creating an organized and calm experience in a fast-paced environment
