We are manufacture and exporter of wide range in wooden handicrafts, home accessories and furniture.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Merchandiser role located in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to product management including crafting merchandise plans, assessing trends and product performance, sourcing, coordinating with suppliers, planning and executing promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Merchandiser will be expected to manage inventory and identify cost-saving opportunities while maximizing profits.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Marketing
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with inventory management and optimizing profits
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis and sales forecasting
A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is preferred
