About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid Level Physicist to join our team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing advanced physics-based computational models and simulation codes used in the commercial nuclear sector.

Responsibilities
• Develop, validate, and optimize physics-based computational codes and models for nuclear applications.
• Analyze experimental and simulation data to improve system accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to integrate physics solutions into real-world nuclear systems.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.
• Stay current with emerging developments in nuclear physics, radiation transport, and computational methods.

Qualification & Experience
• M.Sc. in Physics (any specialization).
• 3–5 years of relevant professional or research experience in applied physics, modeling, or simulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in scientific programming or scripting (Python, MATLAB, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional technical teams.
