**Marketplace Associate Director Role**
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Associate Director to lead our TV buying efforts across Foxtel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading sports and entertainment business, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment where you can learn, grow and make a real impact.
**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in TV buying, with a strong understanding of media planning and buying principles
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
A proactive mentality and approach to workloads, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Familiarity with proprietary and industry tools and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in media agencies or the broader media industry
Experience with SME tools, techniques, and processes
A proven track record of delivering gold-standard implementation of media planning and buying
Strong knowledge of GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes
