Role Description
Function: Finance
• Timely review of cluster / region performance and lead monthly performance discussions
• Work with business teams keeping close control on inventory and set-up mechanisms to achieve working capital goals for the region
• Improve credit period by working with vendors on multiple financing models
• Work with business team on rolling forecast to ensure capacity alignment and minimum loss of sales.
• Develop intelligent pricing models to ensure competitiveness and at the same time achieve revenue goals.
• Engage in negotiation with brands/ vendors along with business teams to improve sourcing.
• Work with GTM and Demand team to drive mechanisms which will improve salience of profitable selection like private labels, challenger brands, etc
• Ensure accuracy of margins, efficiency of spends and complying with financial risks.
• Work on special projects and enable business team with data driven insights.

Candidate Profile
• Must have 2-8 years of demonstrated experience in Business Partnership roles in FMCG / Startups
• Qualification: Btech
• Strong Financial modelling and Data Visualization skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, inter-personal and influencing skills
• Understanding of various facets of finance including FP&A, business partnering, controllership, Internal audit, controls, etc
