Profile:

As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial part in managing and analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing insights to support the sales team's decision-making process.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance metrics, and creating comprehensive sales reports to help drive the company's sales strategies and objectives.

Key Deliverables:
• Manage and maintain the sales management information system (MIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data and records.
• Analyze sales data, including revenue, market trends, customer preferences, and sales team performance, to identify key insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, lead generation, and pipeline analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop customized reports to support their decision-making processes.
• Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and recommend to strategists to optimize sales performance, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales forecasting models and methodologies.
• Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across the sales MIS system.
• Train and support sales team members on using the sales MIS system effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive sales data with the utmost professionalism and integrity

Competencies:
Graduate in any specialization.
• Proven experience as a MIS, Sales Analyst, or a similar role in the real estate industry or a sales-driven organization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in working with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
