Job Description Job Title – Mortgage Relationship Officer : HL & LAP / Relationship Manager- HL & LAP Place of work- Haryana Business Unit - Rural Banking Function- Retail Assets Roles & Responsibilities Of Mortgage Relationship Officer : HL & LAP : -Identifying New Markets- Must work towards attracting new customers and generating leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities/leaflet distribution/cold calling and etc. -To service, the leads referred by sales front/cross/selling or other channels -To deliver a high quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets. -Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets. -Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counseling and handholding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement -Ensuring that customer doesn’t become a non-starter I.E helping collections to recover EMI’s in case of default -Building the relationship in the Market by meeting the Local Builders, Business communities and new channels Educational Qualifications: Graduate-Any-Full Time Experience: 0-4 Years in NBFCs/Banking. Roles & Responsibilities of Relationship Manager HL & LAP: 'Creating sales opportunities for self and team members. -Acquisition : focus on lending to new customers, championing the purpose of building a large HL book with high yield | Book Quality : maintaining portfolio quality | Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance | Adopt and promote Digital | Groom and mentor team | Secondary Responsibilities : Building and relationship with colleagues in other business verticals for X Sell opportunities Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: 'Manage and groom team effectively. Training and mentoring the team members. Educational Qualifications: Graduate-Any-Full Time Experience: 4-6 Years in NBFCs/Banking
