ABOUT BUSSINESS:
PERERA AUTOMOTIVE WORKS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR BUSINESS IN DANDENONG. WE ARE DOING LOGBOOK SERVICES TO MINOR AND MAJOR MECHANICAL REPAIRS. MAINTAIN, TEST AND REPAIR PETROL & DIESEL ENGINES AND THE MECHANICAL PARTS OF LIGHTWEIGHT MOTOR VEHICLES SUCH AS TRANSMISSION, STEERING, SUSPENSION, TYRES, AND BRAKES.
PAY:
$70000-$80000+SUPERANNUATION.
ROLE:
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR MOTOR MECHANIC TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
WORK ON MEDIUM VEHICLES LIKE CARS & VANS.
PERFORMING SCHEDULED MAINTENNANCE SERVICES, SUCH AS OIL CHANGES, LUBRICATIONS AND ENGINE TUNE-UPS, TO ACHIEVE SMOOTHER RUNNING OF VEHICLES AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH POLLUTION REGULATIONS.
BRAKES & CLUTCH. ENGINE & GEARBOX. SUSPENSION WORK.
DREPAIRING AND REPLACING WORN AND DEFECTIVE PARTS AND REASSEMBLING MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AND REFERRING TO SERVICE MANUALS AS NEEDED.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
CERTIFICATE III IN LIGHT VEHICLE MECHANICAL TECHNOLOGY.
EXPERIENCE:
YOU MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF AS A MOTOR MECHANIC.
Job Type: PermanentFull-time (38 Hours per week)
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
Education: Certificate III In Automotive Technology
Experience: Mechanic: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification: Driver License (Required)
Work Authorization: Permission to work full time in Australia (Required)
Work Location: Dandenong

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
