The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role supports daily office activities, coordinates meetings and schedules, handles correspondence, and ensures a well-organized and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage office supplies and inventory; order new materials as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support HR, finance, and other departments with documentation and administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry as required.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Assist in planning company events, meetings, or employee activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
