Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office
• Overseeing and managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
• Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including ordering and stocking office supplies
• Preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Managing the organization's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and taxes
• Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenses
• Ensuring compliance with all accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Master degree in MBA
• 3+ years of experience in office administration
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Candidate with Knowledge of Tally + preferred
• Fluency in English and Tamil languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,37+.62 - ₹2+,668.46 per month
