About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
2. Handle all aspects of HR administration, such as employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing attendance and leave management systems
3. Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
4. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
5. Collaborate with various departments to support back-end operating processes, such as inventory management, order processing, and invoicing
6. Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
7. Help develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
Who can apply:
1. Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level) to effectively handle data analysis and reporting
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
5. Proactive and adaptable approach to handling changing priorities and demands
