Office Administration Assistant

Executive Assistant shall report to the CEO of the company, and the job responsibilities shall include:
• Assist CEO and MD with their daily operational tasks (e.g. collect regular updates from the different project leaders, setup meetings and manage calendar, conduct follow-ups with internal and external business partners, travel planning and arrangements, setup and monitor project trackers)
• End-to-end manage office related activities (e.g. ad-hoc office events like festival parties, team outings, conference and trade-show participations)
• Setup and monitor office admin activities (e.g. monitor and manage admin budgets & inventories, petty cash, monitor quality of work done by office support and cleanliness staff, visitor log management, attendance log management)
• Take ownership of the Knowledge Sessions club (plan and manage knowledge sessions delivered by internal or external speakers; identify, invite and manage external speakers, and generate excitement and participation in the company in the knowledge sessions)
Desired candidate profile:
• Minimum 2 years work experience in assisting CXO level executives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Confident and energetic personality with good time management skills
• Bachelors or masters degree in any discipline
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
