Position Summary:

DoctorCare is looking for a medical billing agent to join its industry leading Client Success team to help provide exceptional guidance and support, as well as positive experiences for our growing customer base.

To succeed in this role, you need to be smart, show initiative and be a good learner. You need to excel at engaging with clients, have strong attention to detail and data entry, while balancing multiple projects and priorities. What you will be doing:

Efficiently manage and organize office documents, including scanning and uploading billing sheets, maintaining a filing system for document retention and disposal, and overseeing employee cubbies by sorting the necessary documents.
Coordinate and manage the weekly schedule for our courier, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and orders as needed.
Answer phone calls at the office, taking messages and relaying to the appropriate person(s).
Coordinate general office operations, supporting team needs and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Assist with any additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team as the business needs change and contribute to improve office efficiency.
Manage the processing of insurance claims and support the team with necessary file processing from the EMR system.
You have:

Associate’s degree in business administration or Related Field. Preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Both written and verbal, to effectively handle phone calls and relay messages.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience in organizing, scanning, and maintaining office documents and filing systems.
Proven ability to manage schedules, particularly for couriers or similar services.
Experience in managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Experience in answering phone calls and providing support to team members.
Familiarity with supporting general office operations and contributing to a smooth office environment.
