Role Description

The Office Administrative Assistant will take on various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our New Delhi office. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting with administrative tasks, managing communication, organizing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating with team members, and supporting executive staff. The candidate will act as a key organizational support within the company, ensuring day-to-day functions run efficiently.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, file organization, and general office management
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle calls professionally and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and task prioritization
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, administration, or a related field is an asset
