Kleanest Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator on a part-time basis. This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.**Office Location**: + Bay Street, Southport 4215 QLD.**Key Responsibilities**:**- Call Sales & Client Communication**:- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, respond to client inquiries, and follow up on client feedback.**- Marketing & Social Media**:- Manage social media accounts, create and post content, and monitor engagement.**- Website Maintenance**:- Update and maintain the company website with fresh content and necessary changes.**- Project Tendering**:- Assist with preparing and submitting tenders for new cleaning projects.**- Client Feedback Follow-up**:- Track and follow up on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.**- General Office Support**:- Assist with other duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic website management.- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook).- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.- Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role is a plus.**Working Hours**:**- Days**:- 2 days a week**- Time**:- +:00 AM - 2:00 PM (flexible, negotiable)**Job Type**: Part-timePay: $28.00 - $32.+6 per hourExpected hours: 8 - 15 per weekSchedule:- Monday to Friday- No weekends**Experience**:- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)Work Authorisation:- Australia (preferred)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 10/02/2025
