Job Description

We at Innostrat Solutions are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support to management and staff, while growing professionally with the company. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and organized working environment.

· Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating the orientation process.

· Enter and send purchase orders, work orders, shipments, invoices, vendor payments using company’s ERP system

· Assist ISO core team and health and safety team to improve Innostrat Solutions Inc. quality management system (ISO +001 2015 version).

· Modify and update organization documents, forms and templates as required and organize on company server.

Coordinate between the office and operations to ensure smooth communication regarding orders, production schedules, and inventory management.

· The ideal candidate has an education (Undergraduate degree/diploma) and training in business management, office administration HR or similar areas with expertise in all Microsoft Office applications.

EDUCATION: A college or university degree or equivalent is required in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

SKILLS:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Basic knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, E2 JobBoss).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

· Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes or terminology is a bonus but not required.
