```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Post Secondary Students welcome to apply.

```Responsibilities```

-Complete office operations and ensure efficient workflow

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Coordinate and schedule appointments

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing routes for drivers

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in office or administrative roles

- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic knowledge of human resources practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, MS Access)

-Knowledge of Quickbooks

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
