Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong clerical skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for organization.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical duties including data entry, and document management to maintain organized office records.
Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Utilize Microsoft 365 for record keeping and daily dispatch sheets
Telephone reception for clients, booking calls and dispatching to drivers
Maintain office supplies .
Requirements

Must know Kingston and area
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiar with taking payments using POS system.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
