FaceCraft is a premium skincare brand focused on clean formulations, smart skin science, and effective daily routines. It is a brand created and formulated by a third generation dermatologist. As we scale up, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Office Administrative Head to anchor day-to-day operations and internal communications from our head office.

Key Responsibilities
• Be the central point of contact for inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Respond professionally to customer queries, influencer communication, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and update records, files, orders, and office inventory.
• Support founders with daily schedules, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with courier/logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries and returns.
• Oversee office operations including supplies, housekeeping, and basic admin tasks.
• Assist in documentation, billing, and coordination with accountants or CA.
• Communicate clearly and politely with influencers, collaborators, and third-party vendors.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Required Skills
• Good English communication skills – both written and verbal
• Well-organized, punctual, and self-motivated
• Tech-savvy – basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Confident on phone and WhatsApp communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role preferred
• Experience in beauty/skincare/fashion/e-commerce/startup space is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
