Responsibilities
Organizing, Stocking, Cleaning: 50% of responsibilities
Daily office cleaning which includes the kitchen, bathrooms, cafeteria, porches, common areas, dishwasher, trash, etc
Maintains office stock, which includes bathroom toiletries, paper products, kitchen supplies/stock and general office supplies (copy paper, toner, etc)
Maintains organization of cabinets, pantry, closets and storage areas
Office Assistance – 25% of responsibilities
Orders and inventories all office supplies
Provide office assistance for various tasks/projects to all functional areas of the company
Assist the Executive Committee with any printing, binding or mailing needs
Assist the Executive Committee with any business or personal related errands
Functions as the liaison between the Home Office and both Tuscaloosa warehouse locations
As a direct report to the Administrative Assistant, this position will offer support for all company meetings/events
This includes making purchases, completing and submitting expense reports, setting up and cleanup for the meeting/event
Runner Duties – 25% of responsibilities
Daily errands which include pick-up and delivery at post office, warehouses, bank and additional errand running
Weekly grocery shopping for the Home Office
Daily Fed Ex shipments, which often include delivery to the nearest Fed Ex location
