About Our Client

Our client is a highly acclaimed and creative architectural firm based in Central London, renowned for designing and creating stunning urban spaces. This exciting role will see you become an integral part of our team, working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure a fantastic office culture and environment. You will be part of a social and vibrant team that organises fun events throughout the year.

Job Description
Front of House Duties: Welcome clients, customers, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our office.
Meeting Room Service: Organise refreshments, including teas and coffees, to make our clients feel at ease.
Administrative Support: Sort company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, ensuring seamless communication.
Office Operations: Maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery and essential items, to maintain smooth office operations.
Administrative Duties: Organise meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements to ensure efficiency.
CPD Sessions: Coordinate and support CPD sessions for the office, promoting professional development.
Office Presentation: Ensure the office is presented to a high standard at all times, reflecting our company's values.
Accounts Support: Analyse statements, file documents, and manage paperwork to maintain accurate records.
Studio Manager Support: Assist the Studio Manager with tasks, including social events and overflow work, to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
Requirements
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent research and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
Organisation: Extremely organised and tidy, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Customer Service: An aptitude for helping others, excellent presentation skills, and customer service knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Multitasking: Ability to multitask and juggle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, demonstrating self-motivation and independence.
