We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our consultancy firm in Central London as an Office Assistant.
Location: Central London
Job Title: Office Assistant
Hours: Full-time, +am - 5.30pm, Hybrid Working
Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities include:
Organise office operations and procedures
Control correspondence and design filing systems
Assign and monitor clerical functions
Ensure stationery and office supplies are stocked
Maintain the office's tidiness and aesthetics
Assist with Health & Safety responsibilities
Coordinate with the office manager on various tasks
Support the online presence and social media updates
Assist with petty cash and miscellaneous administrations
Requirements include:
Experience working in an office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional yet friendly demeanour
Positive, reliable, and a fast learner
Team player with excellent attention to detail
