**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, data entry, bookkeeping, or similar roles.

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage petty cash and reconcile accounts
Perform credit control and chase up payments
Resolve queries and maintain accurate filing systems
Generate statements, raise invoices, and perform heavy data entry
Assist with office management, including ordering supplies and maintaining office systems
**Requirements**

Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday, +am - 6pm

**Additional Information**

This is a full-time position with a salary of £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (DOE) and a bonus scheme.
