PASOTA Cyber Security is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office supplies, and assist with various clerical tasks to maintain an efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Manage office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support different departments with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks when needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
