The Studio Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the studio's efficiency and creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Organization: Maintain a well-organized and stocked studio environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available for projects.
Administrative Support: Provide scheduling and correspondence assistance to support the team and clients.
Project Assistance: Aid with shoots, production, and event coordination, applying problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Supply Management: Oversee the management of studio supplies, equipment, and general upkeep, minimizing waste and maximizing resources.
Client Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members, fostering effective communication and relationships.
Requirements:
