Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Provide administrative support by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
Experience with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
Previous experience in an administrative role.
