AddressHealth hiring a Smart and Energetic Office Assistant (Fresher or Experienced) for Jayanagar, Bangalore.

Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm

Saturday half day working

Sunday fixed off.

Good Remunaration.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties

1. looking after all office Stocks.

2. Maintaining decorum and order in the waiting area of the Office.

3. Liaise with Building maintenance staff and other vendors such as plumbers, electricians, water supply etc.

4. Supervise the housekeeping staff daily discharge of duties. Report to Admin Head about any issues that need to be resolved.

5. Checking on electrical, water and other supplies and ensuring availability at all times.

6. Ticket Booking and Conferance Room booking for meetings.

7. Any other responsibility that may be entrusted upon the incumbent from time to time

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Diploma/PUC / Any degree/

Can able to speak in English and Kanadda.
