Key Responsibilities:
• University Correspondence: Manage and maintain effective communication with universities, ensuring all correspondence is timely, professional, and accurately documented.
• Student and Parent Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate records of all documents, including student files, financial records, and correspondence. Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
• Email Writing: Draft, review, and send professional emails on behalf of the organization. Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and reflect the company's standards.
• Handle Enquiries: Respond to and manage incoming inquiries from students, parents, and external parties, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Accounts and Payments: Assist in handling basic accounting tasks, including processing payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Interpersonal Skills: A positive and approachable demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
