We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Must have basic knowledge and understanding of general accounting and QuickBooks. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, general computer & typing skills. IT and networking capabilities an asset. Must speak fluent English have good people skills as interacting with customers over the telephone is essential part of the job. Being well organized, energetic, and conscientious are assets. Must be punctual, trustworthy, possess a solid work ethic, be reliable.

Experience:

Data entry: 1 year
Computer skills: 1 year
Computer networking: 1 year
Clerical processing: 1 year

Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy

- reconcile daily sales

-reconcile all third party sales
- Handle incoming calls and take catering orders with detail and precision
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks

Experience:

- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a food establishment.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer service principles
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
