Pure Line Seeds, Inc. is a seed production company with corporate headquarters in Warden, WA. We utilize a network of professional seed growers in multiple western states to produce high-quality seed. Through custom production, we offer open varieties and proprietary material to companies worldwide. Our breeding program focuses on inducing nutritious vegetable varieties that feed people around the world.

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial software, with experience in account reconciliation and maintaining accurate records.

## Responsibilities
• Follows bookkeeping procedures established by the organization
• Performs various routine and defined clerical tasks in an office environment
• Prepares, files, and maintains physical or electronic records and documents in required formats
• Compiles and verifies information using simple calculations and standard procedures
• Inputs data into a tracking database or system
• Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal and external customers via phone or email
• Assist in keeping safety meeting logs and employee files up to date
• Assist in completing production plan and grower payables
• Assist in entering field inspections with the Department of Agriculture
• Assist in preparing for Audits

## Requirements
• Proficiency in technical accounting and financial concepts
• Experience with Quickbooks or similar financial software
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk is preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
