Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Paytm is seeking an Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Interact with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media to provide support and resolve queries.
2. Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Manage client accounts, process payments, and update client information as needed.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
5. Assist in creating and updating online client service resources and documentation.
6. Utilize customer feedback to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
2. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in an online environment.
3. Independent and dedicated personality traits.
4. Strong teamwork and planning skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.
8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
