WhiteHat Jr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service for our online platform. This role requires a high level of resilience and independence, as well as strong planning and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any areas of concern
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and support to customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Resilient and independent personality traits
- Strong planning and project management skills
