We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our remote team as an Online Learning Administrator. The Online Learning Administrator will assist with LMS administration tasks, content management, and internal user support to ensure a seamless online learning experience for students and staff.
Responsibilities include responding to queries from support teams, maintaining content in MYOB and Xero, converting content in Rise 360, and contributing to design thinking sessions for enhancing learner engagement. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have excellent Word and Excel skills. Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Rise 360 and a willingness to learn new technologies would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LMS Administration:
Assist with queries from support teams.
Assist with hands-on tasks related to LMS administration, content management, and internal user support.
Converting content into interactive and engaging learning materials using a variety of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P.
Apply knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and development.
Contribute to design thinking sessions that create a point of difference, such as digital badging, leader boards, avatars, digital stories, and other tools that could enhance the learner's experience and subsequent implementation of agreed approaches.
Maintain both MYOB and Xero content.
Improve the course layout, content organisation, and user experience within the LMS, alongside your manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in using an LMS would be advantageous
Flexibility to adapt to evolving educational technology.
Experience working remotely.
Experience with Monday.com and HubSpot would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and time management.
Able to follow directions and procedures.
Capable of critical thought.
Excellent command of written and spoken language.
Quick learner and proven self-starter.
Positive reaction to change.
Able to adapt quickly.
Excellent Word and Excel skills.
Can-do attitude and a team player.
Able to work independently and in teams.
Able to work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
Experience in, or a willingness to learn, both Xero and MYOB.
