Job Overview: The State Government Of Victoria, Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Field Operations Supervisor. About the Role: As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day management of staff engaged in forest and fire operations activities. You will oversee the implementation of plans and programs whilst ensuring safe work practices and effective deployment of workcentre staff. Your expertise in operational forest management, emergency response, and staff management will be instrumental in delivering a wide range of operational tasks and fire prevention activities.

Manage and lead staff involved in forest and fire operations activities
Oversight of plan and program implementation
Ensuring safe work practices and effective deployment of workcentre staff
Delivering operational tasks and fire prevention activities
Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must possess relevant experience in managing works programs, including planned burning, unsealed road management, or other operational forest management activities. Additionally, experience and understanding of forest firefighting techniques, the Australian Interagency Incident Management System, and other emergency response activities are essential. A current manual driver's license is also required.
Benefits: This ongoing position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,361 to $82,2+8 per annum, plus superannuation.
