The Contractor for Global Quota Operations plays a critical role in setting our fiscal year planning stakeholders up for success by prescriptively raising the bar of efficiency within our planning tool performance (uptime & speed), as well as streamlined processes. We fuel ACV growth by providing a seamless user experience for fast and accurate quota delivery within February. Working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Incentive Compensation, and Sales Strategy, this individual will identify and solve areas of excessive complexity, manual effort, or cross-functional dependency.
The successful candidate can consume and process information and ideate on solutions of varying types including numerical analysis, process/policy change, and technology changes. Relentless curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently, while seeking guidance at appropriate times are required. Deliverables include business requirement documentation, status tracking, building out enablement content as well as presentations for Client executives.
