About :We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations and Administration Manager to oversee our company’s daily operations and administrative functions. This role is critical in ensuring efficient business processes, resource management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve efficiency of support services (e.g., IT, HR, logistics).
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and goals.
• Ability to co-ordinate and work with various global locations (particularly with middle east operations)

Administration
• Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Manage office infrastructure and vendor relationships.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Reporting And Analysis
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Analyze key metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Track KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 05+ years of experience in operations and/or administrative management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and office management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP software.
