Requirements:
• Education: A diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are highly preferred.
• Experience: Entry level experience in customer service, logistics, or operations, ideally within the food distribution or a related industry.
• Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management softwares is preferred.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong skills in data management and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the food distribution industry, with a strong understanding of compliance and safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
