Assist financial advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering necessary documents and preparing presentation materials

Conduct client outreach and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and to identify new business opportunities

Manage and maintain client databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Monitor and track client account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
