Leadership and Coordination: Responsibilities include leading negotiations with suppliers, prioritizing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and overseeing daily operations to meet technical and customer specifications
Continuous Improvement and Safety: The role involves implementing best-in-class processes, leading safety initiatives, and managing the operations schedule and communication

Career Staffing Talent has partnered with a global manufacturing company, located east of Atlanta, Georgia to identify an experienced Operations Director with manufacturing and materials life cycle background including inventory, delivery performance, cycle time, warranty, margins, and schedule adherence. Additionally, the candidate must have experience managing teams.
