Venture-People provide bespoke support services to individuals living with and recovering from mental ill health. We work with a person-centered recovery approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible.

We deliver mental health recovery & reablement services across Sussex. Our growth plan is ambitious and realistic as we expand into new regions and take the successful Venture People model to new people.

The Role of Operations Director/Head of Operations

Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of services across all areas of the organisation. You will have the autonomy to drive strategic development and continuous improvement in the way Venture People is organized and delivers its services.

You will oversee all support services; including outreach, accommodation schemes, as well as specialist services and projects. You will also oversee the clinical team, training and recruitment function as well as collaborating with the other support functions across the group of companies.

Essential Attributes:

· Educated to equivalent of degree level

· A values-led approach

· Senior operational leadership experience in health and social care setting

· Leadership of multi-site & multi-disciplinary service teams

· Development and delivery of new services

· Experience of operating a structured Quality Assurance system
