Job Description

Client Servicing

Provide clients with the best of the accommodation options as per the budget & location
Ensure to pre-check the property & coordinate with the service provider for all the services.
Assist the client in organizing a comfortable stay right from check in to check out.
Conduct quality call & feedback mechanism.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing negotiations and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Vendor & Service Provider Development

Source Properties – Hotels & Service Apartment.
Negotiate for the best prices.
Negotiate with vendors for additional complementary services.
Build network & maintain relationships with all the vendors.
Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls
Coordinate & ensure smooth vendor payments.
MIS & Documentation

Follow up and ensure updation of Service Dashboard
Responsible for updating Temporary accommodation web application - DIGIMOVE
Follow up for case closures and maintaining the weekly /monthly MIS for the same.
Preparation of client related reports & Feedback
Maintain the database of appreciation and escalations
Inter- Department Coordination

Interact with Finance and seek updates on the Client & vendor invoices for closed cases
Interact with relevant aligned services (P & M, Car rental. Immigration or Temp accommodation) as per requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,3+4.40 - ₹35,000.00 per month
