Female - Operations Executive for a Start-up firm at following location MULUND, MUMBAI Robocation Edutech Private limited is the most advanced educational platform that aims to bring all Educators and Learners to a highly immersive LAB. Roles & Responsible - - Overseeing the day-to-day activity of our learning facilitators at schools - Having an occasional word with you users to gauge their satisfaction levels. - Ensuring proper on-boarding of every school on the platform is seen through. - Managing all communication with schools and coordinator and Sales Team. - Escalating critical issues to management or related teams for immediate resolutions. - You possess a Degree and have at least 3 year experience working in a formal workspace. - You are organized and have good interpersonal skills. - You can work with mínimal supervision and multi-task effectively. - You also possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to handle critical situation with composure is required for this role.
